desafio

Challenge

The GC Brazil Program is an initiative that aims to invest in innovative research related to health and development. It is a partnership between the Ministry of Health’s Department of Science and Technology (DECIT), the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

In 2023, GC Brazil, in partnership with GC Africa, identified the need for collaboration with researchers from Portuguese speaking African Countries (PALOP) to enhance data science research. As a result of this reflection, emerged GC PALOP, an initiative developed with the support of the National Institute of Health (INS) of Mozambique.
